Today, I decided to go to San Francisco with aden for Ad-tech(another post). But, since I was already in Rhode Island visiting I needed to transfer my return flight to California instead.
So… I called up United Airlines and let them know what was up. In short, basically they said they couldn’t do anything but cancel the flight and give me a $90 credit. Sounds great? Well, I said ok perfect let me book another flight and use my credit.
What did the lady say? Well, Mr. Chelf in order to use your $90 credit we charge a fee of $100. WTF, I couldn’t believe it. So they are giving me a $90 credit but in order to use it they charge me $100!! LOL, I could have reached through the phone and slapped her. Can you believe it?
