Finally got my papers in the mail today from the state so know I own a company. Website Mentors LLC if you have been living in a hole.
This means at the end of the year the paper work will be not handled by me anymore and I actually have to track things! Luckily I am at a good start so far.

Hey, I remember that you ran a blog that posted music on it everyday. I was curious if you still ran it, and if thhere was any “risk” to running something like that?

Wow. Congratulations ! So was it easy to do? Was it expensive? Why LLC? Would love to hear a little more as this is something I am planning for this year.
