Louisville Power Outage

September 15th, 2008

Unbelievable, louisville is the 17th largest city in the United States and is out of power since yesterday! First, I want to stress how lucky I am that I can work from anywhere and not have to worry about all the mess quite as much as other people. Second, the city has been going crazy about everything with 80 percent of people out of power and the city saying it will take 10-14 days to have everyone’s power back up.

Needless to say I am at starbucks far away on my laptop and when I filled up for gas this morning they only had premium and it was almost $5 a gallon, haha!

The Louisville Kentucky blackout has really made me start to think what it would be like if the world was ending and how crazy people would be acting. All the stores around me are out of everything and even at t-mobile all the car chargers where gone. BANK!
